SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with THEONE, d.o.o., Radovanova ulica 18, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • United States

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped with tracking.


3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days from the date of shipment.

This includes both European Union and United States orders.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.


6. Customs & Import Duties (United States)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures or import regulations.

THEONE, d.o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@theonerings.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

A package will only be considered lost after confirmation from the carrier.


9. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors.

  • Please contact your local carrier.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, THEONE, d.o.o. cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
